Leading retailers are ‘basket cases’ when it comes to online checkout

LONDON – A majority of online retailers are failing to clinch sales due to complicated checkout processes, according to a new survey, which revealed that overall, most shopping websites risk exasperating their customers during the most important stages of the transaction.
